Le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9conomie, des Finances et du Budget a annonc\u00e9 la cl\u00f4ture r\u00e9ussie de l\u2019emprunt obligataire de l\u2019\u00c9tat 2026, lanc\u00e9 le 25 septembre et arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance le 23 octobre. L\u2019op\u00e9ration a permis de recueillir 4 579,145 milliards de francs guin\u00e9ens (GNF), contre un objectif initial de 2 500 milliards, soit un taux de couverture de 183,17 %. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les r\u00e9sultats communiqu\u00e9s par le minist\u00e8re sur la base des donn\u00e9es de la Banque centrale de la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e, les sept offres re\u00e7ues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenues. D\u2019une maturit\u00e9 de cinq ans et assortie d\u2019un taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel de 11 %, cette \u00e9mission a \u00e9t\u00e9 arrang\u00e9e par Afriland First Bank Guin\u00e9e et a mobilis\u00e9 six autres \u00e9tablissements bancaires : Vista Gui, la Banque pour le Commerce et l\u2019Industrie, Ecobank Guin\u00e9e, Orabank Guin\u00e9e, Skye Bank Guin\u00e9e et AFG Bank Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les fonds collect\u00e9s doivent contribuer au financement des priorit\u00e9s gouvernementales inscrites dans le programme Simandou 2040, notamment les investissements destin\u00e9s \u00e0 soutenir la croissance \u00e9conomique et le bien-\u00eatre des populations. Pour le minist\u00e8re, ce r\u00e9sultat t\u00e9moigne de la capacit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 financier national \u00e0 mobiliser l\u2019\u00e9pargne int\u00e9rieure au profit du financement public. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les autorit\u00e9s entendent poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement du march\u00e9 des titres publics afin de diversifier les ressources de financement de l\u2019\u00c9tat et de soutenir les projets de d\u00e9veloppement. Cette op\u00e9ration devra toutefois \u00eatre suivie de l\u2019utilisation effective des fonds mobilis\u00e9s, dans un cadre de gestion transparente et rigoureuse des finances publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
