Le pays y voit une \u00e9tape majeure dans la ma\u00eetrise nationale de la cha\u00eene de valeur aurif\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour Ibrahima Sory Cont\u00e9, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Bureau national d\u2019expertise des diamants, de l\u2019or et autres mati\u00e8res pr\u00e9cieuses, c\u2019est un moment \u00ab historique \u00bb, qui d\u00e9coule de la volont\u00e9 du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat de transformer les substances mini\u00e8res sur place, une orientation inscrite dans le programme Simandou 2040 et destin\u00e9e \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de la valeur ajout\u00e9e comme \u00e0 renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. Son bureau doit veiller \u00e0 ce que chaque gramme d\u2019or soit identifi\u00e9, contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et document\u00e9 avant sa sortie du territoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le contr\u00f4le se joue aussi \u00e0 la Banque centrale. Mamadou Sylla, directeur des mati\u00e8res pr\u00e9cieuses \u00e0 la BCRG, explique qu\u2019une nouvelle proc\u00e9dure d\u2019exportation, issue d\u2019un d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9sidentiel, a accompagn\u00e9 le d\u00e9marrage de la raffinerie : l\u2019or qui part d\u00e9sormais doit \u00eatre exclusivement raffin\u00e9, la banque travaillant avec l\u2019Office d\u2019expertise et les douanes pour v\u00e9rifier et certifier chaque lot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 industriel, Moussa Magassouba, ancien ministre des Mines et responsable de la raffinerie, souligne que l\u2019or guin\u00e9en est trait\u00e9 en Guin\u00e9e avant d\u2019\u00eatre vendu sur les march\u00e9s mondiaux, dans le respect des normes de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9, de puret\u00e9 et de conformit\u00e9.
