Cette op\u00e9ration d&rsquo;envergure, conduite sous la houlette de la ministre de l&rsquo;\u00c9conomie, des Finances et du Budget, Mariama Cir\u00e9 Sylla, propose une maturit\u00e9 de cinq ans adoss\u00e9e \u00e0 un taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel de 11 %. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle fait suite au succ\u00e8s de l&rsquo;\u00e9mission de 2025 qui avait permis de mobiliser 1 500 milliards GNF et vise \u00e0 financer les chantiers \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et de transport du programme \u00ab Simandou 2040 \u00bb, tout en stimulant le march\u00e9 national des titres publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour orchestrer ce montage financier d&rsquo;envergure, le gouvernement guin\u00e9en a renouvel\u00e9 sa confiance \u00e0 la filiale locale de la banque camerounaise Afriland First Bank, d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme arrangeur et chef de file de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, selon le <a href=\"https:\/\/confidentielafrique.com\/guinee-afriland-first-bank-la-banque-de-paul-fokam-arrangeur-de-lemprunt-ape-simandou-2040-pour-2500-milliards-gfn-lance-par-letat-par-confidentiel-afrique\/\">Confidentiel Afrique<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sous la direction de Guy Laurent Fondjo, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement bancaire se trouve de nouveau au c\u0153ur du dispositif de mobilisation des ressources de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat.
