R\u00e9unissant le Cabinet du Premier ministre, secr\u00e9taires g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, conseillers principaux, inspecteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et cadres de l&rsquo;Agence de coordination et de gestion des projets, de la Delivery Unit et du Guinea Development Board, cet atelier pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par le Premier ministre Amadou Oury Bah a act\u00e9 le regroupement des 30 d\u00e9partements minist\u00e9riels autour de quatre grands p\u00f4les : Souverainet\u00e9 et Gouvernance (8 d\u00e9partements), \u00c9conomie et Transformation productive (8 d\u00e9partements), Infrastructures et D\u00e9veloppement durable (7 d\u00e9partements), et Capital humain et Solidarit\u00e9 (7 d\u00e9partements). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le chef du gouvernement, cette r\u00e9organisation vise \u00e0 rapprocher les d\u00e9partements aux missions compl\u00e9mentaires afin de faciliter le traitement des dossiers transversaux et de lever plus rapidement les contraintes susceptibles de ralentir l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fonctionnant sous forme de comit\u00e9s interminist\u00e9riels pr\u00e9sid\u00e9s par le Premier ministre, ces quatre p\u00f4les auront pour mission de suivre l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des priorit\u00e9s gouvernementales et des engagements li\u00e9s \u00e0 Simandou 2040, d&rsquo;examiner l&rsquo;avancement des projets, d&rsquo;identifier les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es et de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des blocages administratifs, techniques, budg\u00e9taires ou institutionnels avant, si n\u00e9cessaire, de pr\u00e9parer les arbitrages relevant directement du Premier ministre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce nouveau dispositif vient renforcer le r\u00f4le du Conseil interminist\u00e9riel, charg\u00e9 de consolider les d\u00e9cisions gouvernementales avant leur passage en Conseil des ministres, et traduit la volont\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cutif de faire de la coordination administrative un levier central de la mise en \u0153uvre de ce programme pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme l&rsquo;un des principaux cadres de transformation \u00e9conomique et sociale du pays.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le gouvernement guin\u00e9en a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 vendredi une nouvelle architecture de coordination interminist\u00e9rielle destin\u00e9e \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise en \u0153uvre du Programme Simandou 2040.
