Le dispositif adopt\u00e9 vise \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer les blocages administratifs r\u00e9currents, \u00e0 consolider les \u00e9quipes charg\u00e9es du pilotage des projets et \u00e0 instaurer un suivi plus rigoureux des d\u00e9caissements, dans l&rsquo;objectif de limiter les retards et de pr\u00e9server les financements d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une seconde rencontre, organis\u00e9e \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9 le 14 juillet 2026, a toutefois r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que plusieurs projets n&rsquo;atteignaient toujours pas leurs objectifs d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution, pla\u00e7ant environ 292 milliards FCFA sous la menace d&rsquo;un retrait si la cadence ne s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore pas rapidement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce portefeuille s&rsquo;inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie pays 2023-2028 de la BAD, ax\u00e9e sur les transports, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et le secteur productif, et rejoint \u00e9galement les efforts r\u00e9gionaux engag\u00e9s depuis 2024 pour mieux encadrer la performance des financements en Afrique centrale \u2014 un contexte dans lequel la Banque a rappel\u00e9, dans son bilan 2025, avoir approuv\u00e9 plus de 11 milliards USD et d\u00e9caiss\u00e9 un montant record avoisinant 7,1 milliards USD.
